"Sounded way better than it smelled"
The descriptions made these sound amazing, but the actual smell was just not it. I don’t know who approved these scents, but whoever runs this really needs to double-check how they come across in real life.

I picked this up kind of on a whim and didn’t think too much of it at first, but after using it a few times, I’ve really come around to it. The scent is really nice without being too much, and overall the quality seems solid. No complaints from me.

I grabbed a couple things, mostly just to try them out, and they were better than I expected. The prices seemed fair, and the scents actually stuck around longer than I thought they would. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird there. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again once I’m running low on the ones I got.

"Really close to my usual scent"
I was surprised by how close this smells to my original fragrance. On me, it’s not quite as long-lasting and fades a bit faster than I’d like, but for everyday wear or a quick refresh, I’d still say it works well.

The site is fine overall, but a few of the scents I was hoping to grab were out of stock, which was kind of disappointing. I did end up finding a couple other ones to try though, so it wasn’t a total loss. Just wish the ones I actually wanted had been available, but... maybe next time...

"Refund came through, but the process tested my patience"
I had to follow up a few times about my return, which was frustrating. The refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I expected and the communication along the way wasn’t great. It kind of reminded me how much simple updates matter when you’re waiting on money back. In the end it was resolved, but the experience could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Pretty fresh overall, but kind of hit or miss"
I ordered a few scents from thecommonscents.com and, they were mostly fresh when they showed up. One of the bottles did smell a little weaker than I expected though... like maybe it had been sitting around for a bit? The others seemed fine, so maybe it was just that one. Shipping was okay, nothing really to complain about there. Overall, not a bad experience, I just kind of wish the freshness was a little more consistent across everything.

"It Arrived Before I Could Even Brace Myself"
I was expecting to wait around for a while, but then suddenly there it was at my door way faster than I thought. The shipping was surprisingly quick, and I was not mentally prepared for that kind of efficiency

"Pretty strong scent"
The fragrance is definitely stronger than I expected, but in a good way, and it lasts well throughout the day. I asked support about it and they basically said it’s meant to have a more noticeable scent at first and then settle in, which is accurate. I do think it could be just a tiny bit smoother, but overall I’m happy with it...

The whole update situation was kind of frustrating. I felt like I kept having to chase them for information, and when I did get a reply, it usually took a while and still didn’t really answer things clearly. It just left me feeling a bit in the dark most of the time.

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
Pretty annoying, honestly. The order showed up in a flimsy box with barely any padding, so everything was shifting around inside. One of the bottles even leaked a little. For the price I paid, I really expected it to be packed a lot better

My order was mostly correct, but one item got mixed up. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal if the communication had been clearer, but I wasn’t really sure what happened or how it was going to be handled, which was frustrating.

I tried using their discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t go through. There wasn’t really any explanation either, so I kept wondering if I’d missed some tiny detail or if the code had expired or something. After a few tries, I just gave up. it felt like a bit of a waste of time

"Not the best fit for my sensitive skin"
I really wanted to like the stuff I ordered from thecommonscents.com, but... yeah, my skin just wasn’t having it. After using it for a couple days, I started getting some redness and itching, so I figured it was better to stop before it got worse.
It might be totally fine for someone else, honestly. But if you’ve got sensitive skin like I do, I’d be a little cautious. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, the product just wasn’t a good match for me.

"Pretty strong, but not quite perfect"
The oil concentration seems good, and the scent actually sticks around longer than I expected. One of the bottles felt a bit lighter than the other though, so I am giving it 4 stars.
